Come To Your Senses

As individuals and as a collective, we have jumped into the void of the unknown. How we land after this period of chaotic change will have everything to do with the choices we make now. One possibility is to cling to old ways of living/thinking/being, while shutting out the chaos with distractions (work, media, social media, drugs, alcohol, etc.)  Another is to come to your senses—get grounded and ever more present with both your internal landscape and the new reality that surrounds you. Explore how you can embrace and transform the tension you feel to become a more authentic, joyful, and creative version of yourself.

I have three classes online this week, including a new offering of yoga with yoga nidra. ​I came to my senses through a combination of external situations in my life, pain in my body, learning a range of holistic practices, and finally, diving into the challenges and pleasures of living in Italy for fifteen years.I'm still on my own journey (and will be for the rest of my life), but I'm also ready to share what I've learned so far with you. And, I know I will also learn from what you share with me.

Even though I'm physically safe at home, ​I'm way out on my edge—feeling the fear, yet working to find the courage to keep moving with it. I'm deeply grateful for the support of this community and for all those who are caring for others in this crisis. Thank you for being on this journey with me. See you soon online!!!
